I am an Advanced Certified EMDR Therapist. I work with clients to understand how various past traumas create and inform our core beliefs about ourselves and the world and thus drives our patterns of perceiving and reacting to our interpersonal relationships and experiences. I am a certified EMDR practitioner as well as a certified trauma informed yoga teacher, and utilize this therapy and somatic awareness skill to assist those dealing with PTSD as well as trauma manifesting as many other mental health conditions rooted in core beliefs and emotional patterns of nervous system dysregulation.  I am also trained in CBT, DBT, ACT and other cognitive behavioral modalities that support trauma work.  

EMDR package includes:

(1) 90 minute initial ​psychiatric evaluation

(2) 60 minute preparatory sessions

(3) 90 minute processing sessions

(3) 60 minute integration sessions.
